Together, they will help us offer a new process for patient statements and new options for patients to pay their bills. Using these services, your patients will no longer need to phone or mail in their credit card payments. They will be able to pay online or by phone, 24/7. Faster patient payment plans under this arrangement can be auto-drawn using a card on file. Patients on a payment plan will no longer need to process their card payments manually every month.
