Deena is a true, leading expert in revenue cycle management with over 30 years in medical billing and medical coding. She is a: Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Evaluation and Management Specialist (CEMS), and a Certified Compliance Professional – Physician based (CCP-P). Deena Wojtkowski has worked with a wide variety of practice specialties ranging from Neurosurgery to Dermatology to Family Practice. Her experience includes working as a Medical Billing and Coding Supervisor of a 42 doctor Cardiology and EP Practice as well as a Manager of Physician Audit and Education. Furthermore, she has taught several billing and coding classes at Bryant & Stratton College, and continues to be a frequent professional speaker on HIPAA Compliance, ICD10, as well as revenue cycle best practices.

Shawn has over two decades of IT experience in medical billing software and support. He is responsible for developing custom and ad-hoc queries and reports that help to ensure each physician practice is realizing their full revenue potential. Most notably, Shawn is well-versed with software conversion programming and is often closely involved with client implementations and software setup. His internal responsibilities include managing a superior network support staff and internal imaging system.
